Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeLogixs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Description
BeLogixs provides automation, web development, digital marketing, and related business services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All materials, code, designs, and content created by BeLogixs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, client receives usage rights as defined in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
BeLogixs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
